At ABAYA GALORE, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or made-to-order products

Sale or discounted items

Accessories (e.g., hijabs, pins, innerwear)

Items purchased during clearance sales
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will bear the shipping cost
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
